How to perform Batch replacement operation for the MS Word documents.Current tutorial shows how to perform Batch Replacement operation for the MS Word documents. 1) Firstly, we need to select MS Word documents which contained a text we want to replace. That's can be done by using right button of the mouse or pressing direction buttons and SPACE. The selected documents will be printed in red color.
2) Then we need to choose "Batch Replacer for MS Word" in the "Plug-ins" menu. If "Batch Replacer for MS Word" is absent in the list of plug-ins it need to be downloaded and installed. - "Download Batch Replacer for MS Word".
3) A plug-in "Batch Replacer for MS Word" will be shown on the screen. Then we need to specify text phrases which we want to search/replace on the selected documents. We will specify these phrases by pressing to the button "New".
4) An Excel's spreadsheet will be shown on the screen.
5) The first column contain phrases we want to find and the second column contain phrases we want replace to. We need to close the spreadsheet after specifying all phrases.
6) Then we able to start the operation by pressing to the "Start Replace" button.
7) "Operation completed!" message will be shown after processing all selected documents. Pressing to the "Cancel" button will close the "Batch Replacer for MS Word" window.
8) Main window of the program will be shown after closing the plug-ins window.
